Le Pietre is a classical, yet modern, sailing gulet that can accommodate up to 8 guests in four cabins. Le Pietre is a classical gulet built in 2009, however, after a considerable refit in 2021, Le Pietre has fantastic, modern stylish interiors that are not only comfortable but also stylish. Le Pietre has a spacious saloon and indoor dining area. There are four cabins: one Master cabin, one VIP cabin, one double cabin and finally a twin cabin that can convert into a king size bed. Each cabin has a high end en suite bathroom.
Outside on the beautiful deck, is a large dining area ideal for evening meals enjoying the view. At the front of the boat is another fantastic cushioned seating area to soak up the sun.
Le Pietre is available for charters in Turkey and due to having a Greek charter licence, can also charter in Greece. Le Pietre has a wonderful chef and a chef that has been on board for 10 years and counting!
WEEKLY CHARTER RATE 2024:
High season (July & August): €59,500 + 20% VAT + 30% APA
Mid Season (June & September): $52,500 + 20% VAT + 30% APA
Low season (rest of the months): €49,000 + 20% VAT + 30% APA
Charter rate includes: Accommodation on board, all running expenses of the yacht, yacht insurance and service of the crew.
Additional Extras:
- Private mooring fees are an extra cost. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night. The yacht can also anchor in many of the safe anchorages in the area.
- Fuel for motor-operated equipment
- All land tours if requested
- All expenses related to visiting the Greek Islands
- Transfer from/to the airport/hotel can be organised on request.
- Crew Gratuity
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): APA is an estimate (usually 20%-35% of the charter rate) paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.
Crew Gratuity: Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.
CYBA/MYBA terms will apply.
Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus VAT plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.
