Son of Wind is a 2021 built gulet that is designed to offer maximum luxury to those chartering. This gulet goes beyond what a traditional gulet can offer. Son of Wind is a modern and stylish 42.5m long yacht that can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 stunning cabins. Each cabin been beautifully designed to feel spacious and crisp with magnificent en suite bathrooms. Every detail has been thought of, from concealed televisions behind mirrors to music systems in each room. The saloon and dining area are equally as impressive. Modern, yet warm and welcoming, they provide the perfect place to relax with friends and family. All around the boat, standout pieces of art work give the gulet its own distinct style and character.
Outside there is a spacious fly bridge area, complete with covered seating, dining and sun lounging areas. The deck is large and offers ample sun bathing and seating areas to enjoy.
WEEKLY CHARTER RATE 2025:
High Season (July & August): €73,350 + 20% VAT + 25% APA
Low Season (All other months): €54,700 + 20% VAT + 25% APA
Charter rate includes: All running expenses of the yacht, service of the crew, use of onboard water sports and recreational equipment.
Additional Extras:
- Private mooring fees are an extra cost. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night. The yacht can also anchor in many of the safe anchorages in the area.
- Fuel motor-operated equipment
- All land tours if requested
- All expenses related to visiting the Greek Islands
- Transfer from/to the airport/hotel can be organised on request.
- Crew Gratuity
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): APA is an estimate (usually 20%-30% of the charter rate) paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.
Crew Gratuity: Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.
CYBA/MYBA terms will apply.
Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus VAT plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.
CAPTAIN: Turgay Karci
Turgay is a fantastic captain who is always welcoming. System analysis and problem solving are second nature to him and he is always open to innovation and able to think quickly and dynamically. His work ethic is based on professionalism but always finds time to have fun with his guests. His ultimate goal is to maintain and develop his respected reputations in the marine community in Turkey and beyond. He ensures that all his crew love their jobs. Turgay is able to speak fluent English.
CHEF: Tarik Atalay
Tarik is an experienced executive chef who has a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverage industry. He is skilled in hospitality management, food demonstrations, hotel management, menu development and culinary management. He is happy creating Turkish cuisine but also loves to create food from around the world. He speaks reasonable English and basic Italian and Russian.
STEWARDESS: Busra Avci
Busra is a very dedicated and efficient stewardess who is professional and warm. Busra has impressive food pairing and has a elegant and creative Styl;e when it comes to table decoration and event planning. She takes a key roll in motivating the crew and training the interior staff.
